When you are getting tickled you always ask for more
You love to be chased around the house
Yells potty potty when we are changing your diaper and will go to the potty, and then come back for your diaper and do it all again( 2 or 3 times). After you sit on the potty, you always look in the potty and say "nope"
You wear mommy's and daddy's shoes whenever they are left out and will walk around in them until someone says something to you.
Counts 1-2-1-2-1-2 and will count to six if we fill in a few numbers
If we ask you how old you are, you answer "two"
Love to spell your name- a-d-o-n but then you want us to spell it all the time and you “write” it
Loves buses, airplanes, helicopters (copters), bikes, motorcycles and trucks when we are driving
We moved your car seat from the middle to the seat behind the driver seat because you were throwing a huge fit and sitting in the seat without the car seat and putting the seat belt on
Puts camera, bracelets, purse, etc whatever you can find around your wrist and says “bye see (see ya)
Favorites after school:
Watching gabba
Playing on your fort (fot)
Eating a banana on your bench outside ALONE
Go to your upstairs playroom to colo (color) with the gabba cd playing
Favorite Restaurants:
Buffalo Wild Wings (screams ball when we pass it and cries if we don’t go in)
Chick Fil A- nuggies
McDonalds- nuggies
Sonic slushes- sonie
Will always eat: bananas, apple sauce, yogurt
First sentence: Dusty pooped outside. You told us this one night at 3 am when we were bring you to "mommydaddybed" as you call it. You kept repeating it that night and laughing.
Loves lotion- calls it shampi (shampoo)
Loves jumping on our bed with daddy after your bath
Loves to get splashed in the bathtub
Loves to stand in a chair and look out the front window to watch for daddy to come home from work
If you want to give us something you say “here, here, here” in a very low voice. You will not stop until we take what you have.
Brings us our cell phones when they ring (knows our ring tone and brings the right phone to the right person)
Tells dusty “hush” in a very low Texan accent
Is not affectionate with other kids if they try to hug you, but is now starting to like to cuddle with us
Loves flash cards
Loves to help with laundry or any adult task (climbed the other side of the ladder when Jason was changing the ceiling fan) will cry if you have to stay inside if you think Jason is working outside.
Dear Landon,
This year you have changed from a sweet easy going baby to a sweet head strong toddler and it has been so fun watching your personality develop. You entertain us endlessly. You keep us on our toes and laughing. We definitely know your likes and dislikes because you make them known all the time! You left your easy going days behind as a 12 month old and now you know exactly what you want to do, eat, watch on tv, listen to on the radio, play with in the car, etc these days. We always get a kick out of your demanding ways though because it is you- Landon! That is what makes you special. It is your personality shining through (very brightly!) The past 2 years have been wonderful, fun, exciting, scary and exhausting and every day we love you more than the day before. We love you more than you can imagine and can't wait to watch you grow this year!!!

We took Landon to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate his birthday for dinner. Nana & Papa came too! He LOVED playing the games. We would try to get him to sit and eat pizza or dessert, but he would march off (his sassy high step march) and play more games. He didn't sit down for 2 hours. Daddy loved to play too!
