That moment when Ashlyn realized her pumpkin didn't have ears like Landon's.... (Landon's was due for a contest this morning and I didn't have time to finish Ashlyn's!! I did shortly after this picture and she called me out :) )

Ashlyn's progress report

Our smart girls report card. Every single teacher comments on how nice and sweet she is - every single teacher, every class. She is the sweetest and kindest little girl. At home she is very funny, VERY silly and can actually be bossy with us. At school though she is very reserved. Jason & I laughed so hard as she got an "almost" for dramatic play. If there is one thing the girl has down- it's dramatic play. Her life is one big musical. At home she is always in costume creating scenes and will not answer to Ashlyn ( only her character if the day). It is very entertaining. Ashlyn makes our life fun & exciting and easy. We love you!!!!!!!

Landon's kindergarten pic

I asked him to smile with his mouth open so we could see his baby teeth, but he proudly told me "I smiled like daddy". Maybe for spring pictures we can capture the little teeth before they fall out!

Open House

I was so nervous and sad about Landon starting school, but this has been the best and most exciting thing that we have encountered so far. The small part we get to play- homework, PTO, helping his teacher, family projects,etcetera- are so so so fun. School has surpassed our expectations exponentially!!! Tonight was open house. We had a blast seeing his room, specials, book fair and eating pizza. We are huge fans of his school and teacher!
