Super Bowl weekend

Houston hosted Super Bowl LI this year.  We had fun at all the festivities downtown.  I also watched all the Patriot players load their team buses on the actual game down because I was working right next door!  Fun times!!

Valentines Day dance

The big kids' school had a Valentines Day dance.  The girls danced the entire time (Addison & Ashlyn).  Landon was really reserved & shy (shocker!).  When we got home, he said he thought it was going to be Just Dance (the video game).  haha!

Ashlyn's 6th birthday

We celebrated Ashlyn's 6th birthday all week!

Pedis & Manis!

Family party day- Ashlyn picked an American Girl doll theme party!

Ashlyn was super picky about the food.  She only let me serve- chips & dip, Chex mix, hot dogs, French fries, macaroni & cheese, and Cupid's Crunch (popcorn with almond bark and m&ms).
Our sweet, beautiful birthday girl making a wish!

Birthday morning!  Special donuts for our special girl!

Ashlyn wanted to take 1 friend to the American Girl doll store to eat lunch and play on her birthday.  She picked her friend Hannah from her Kindergarten class.

The girls had so much fun at lunch & decorating cupcakes.  After lunch, we played in the store.
After the AG store, we ice skated (Landon was there too, but too busy skating around fast for pictures!)

Birthday dinner at Ashlyn's favorite restaurant- Just Mac n Cheese

We LOVE our birthday girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy 6th birthday to our middle baby!!! You are sweet, fun, thoughtful & kind all the time! Your top 6 loves in honor of your birthday: playing with baby dolls, going to school, helping me cook & bake, watching Disney channel, eating Macaroni & cheese, and crafting/drawing/painting/jewelry making- anything crafty. We love you soooooo much!!!!!!!!! You are the very best little girl

And to top off an already perfectly fun weekend, Ashlyn got to bring home her class fish, Mr. Marshall, for the weekend!
