This year Landon picked to have a few friends sleep over. They had a blast! Easiest party ever- junk food, sodas & they had the whole upstairs. On his actual bday, he took a friend to Chuck E Cheese. We love our awesome 11 year old! For his presents, he picked wireless headphones, a new bat and to join the Astros buddy club. His friends gave him PlayStation gift cards (Fortnite) and money. He used the money to buy new baseball gloves.

Side note- Landon had been complaining of bottom teeth pain for a few days, gradually getting worse and waking him at night. We took him to the dentist who couldn’t find anything wrong. I took him back the next day and they found a huge cyst/infection on CT. Luckily, by the time his party came he was on antibiotics and feeling much better. His chin is really swollen in some pics. Poor guy! Now, we have completed part 1 with the Endodontist and have part 2 this week.

Big changes

In November, the clinics I had worked at on weekends decided to close :( it was such a great job since I was able to stay home most of the time and only work occasionally. I had done this since Addi was born. I was soooooo sad to see this end and go back to work. Addi had to leave her sweet little Mother’s Day Out and go to daycare. We toured a few and Addi & I both liked one the best. She cried a few times, but overall transitioned like a champ! Ashlyn takes the daycare bus after school now and Landon rides his bus as usual home, but now I’m not there :( big changes all around.
