We spent a week at Disney in April. It was the most fun week ever! Disney really is the happiest place on Earth! The kids had a blast and seeing their faces and excitement is something we will never forget.
Disney, Day 1- Monday, March 31
At the airport... ready to go!!!
Magic Bands READY!
Our hotel lobby. We stayed at Wilderness Lodge and it was awesome!

We picked the hotel because it had bunk beds and I think the kids were equally as excited about the bunkbeds as they were the whole trip. It's the little things!
After a quick lunch, we were ready to go check it out. First up, checking out our resort's river.
and waterfall....
Now time for DISNEY!!! We rode the boat over to Magic Kingdom every time.
We arrived a Magic Kingdom just in time for a show. It was so cute and the kids loved it! It was a great way to start off our trip.
Pure excitement and joy seeing characters for the first time!!!
Next stop was to see Minnie and Daisy.
oops mommy forgot our special autograph books at the hotel- luckily the characters had index cards!
Next we had Mickey and Minnie hats monogrammed. We tried to get a good picture, but too much going on!
Next up, we had fast passes to see the magical talking Mickey. Ashlyn crashed out and missed it :-(
but Landon talked to Mickey and loved it. It was so neat hearing Mickey and Landon have a conversation.
Next we made our way to see Merida from Brave. She was such an awesome character and chatted with the kids for quite a while, telling stories.
Merida was such an awesome girl! The kids just loved her.
After you visited with Merida, they let you shoot her bow. This one of the things the kids really wanted to do and talked about a lot prior to our trip (from Disney commercials). I was glad it worked out.
Next, we rode the famous spinning teacups. It was so much fun!
The famous flying Dumbos!
Loved this ride!
After a quick dinner, we went over to see Rapunzel and Snow White. We had fast passed this character greeting since Ashlyn loves Tangled!!
Rapunzel was another character that was just awesome. She spent so much time telling the kids stories and told them she was going to tell Pascaul about them. That made a big impression on them.
Snow White
Night time in the Magic Kingdom.
We watched the Electrical Parade and Nightime Wishes.
The whole day was so awesome. We spent allllll day at Magic Kingdom and didn't leave until after the fireworks. Seeing the fireworks at the Nightime Wishes Spectacular and watcing the Projection Show on the Castle (Celebrate the Magic) was my & Jason's favorite thing. We ended up going back to MK to watch it every night except one when we were still dining in Belle's castle and missed it. It was sooooooo awesome!!!!!!!!
