They love to play on the bed after their baths. I love their matching Christmas pajamas!!

Ashlyn ready to watch Landon's play at school

The stage was ready and Landon was ready. He had practiced singing "Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer" for WEEKS. He knew every single word!

But when it came time to sing on the stage and in front of a room full of people, stage fright struck! Landon didn't sing one single word. 3 little girls from his class sang the whole song.

Struck down by stage fright still....

After the play, our proud Rudolph. He told me he sang the whole song?!?! :-) He was soooo happy and proud. I didn't dare tell him he had only opened his mouth to stick his finger in it, not to sing. We just went along with it and told him how good he sang!

Then his class had a gift exchange. He is exchanging gifts with his friend.

Ashlyn had a gift exchange too.

Playing after the party

We have had so much fun waking up every morning and looking for Scout the Elf. Landon always spots him before I do. Scout watches Landon all day and reports back to Santa every night so every morning he flies back from the North Pole and lands in a different spot in our house.

Ready to go look at Christmas lights. Almost every night we drive around and look at lights. Landon loves it! Poor Ash- her car seat is still facing backwards so she doesn't get much out of it :-( She usually watches a movie and sleeps while we drive around. Next year Ashlyn!!!
