Too much fun! Our birthday girl took an extra nap after her party!






Ashlyn- You are the BEST little girl! You are so happy, easy going, smiley, cuddley and sweet!!!!! You make us smile all the time especially when you smile at us with your squinchy little smile! You are the best sleeper. Every night we give you a bottle and you go straight to sleep. If we are a little off schedule, you adjust and can take a nap anytime! You are a dream sleeper! You love your blankies (and Landon's) and love to cuddle up with us. You would prefer to be held 24/7 and if you are crying it is usually because I had to put you down for a second. Daddy jokes that you are never going to learn to walk because I carry you everywhere all the time. Fine with me :-) You have 8 teeth (4 top/4 bottom). This week you have been very fussy which is extremely unusual for you and we noticed your back left molar is coming in. It looks so painful. Your gums are so red and swollen :-( We can't wait for that tooth to come in and get our happy Ashie back! You are very sensitive and at daycare you cried when they were getting onto another baby across the room. You love to play with Landon and especially his toys. This week you have started screaming if he takes something away from you. You two have had several good fights over markers and paper this week. You are eating almost all table food and we are giving you 1/2 formula and 1/2 milk bottles this weekend. By next weekend you will probably be on all milk. I'll be sad when we have to start dropping bottles because you will miss them! Yesterday, we were rocking and you were looking around asking for your "baba". You also say hi, bye, mama, dada, bubba, mineminemine and sing d-d-d-d-dora when we watch Dora the Explorer. You are just precious and if God would have let us order a little girl to join our family you are exactly what we would have asked for!!! Your big blue eyes and blonde hair melt our heart (and others- strangers constantly make comments about how cute you are!). We love you so much Ashlyn Kate!!!
