Disney Day 4

Disney, Day 4: April 3

We had looked forward to this day ever since we booked the trip.  All the kids' favorite characters: Princess Sofia, Jake, Doc McStuffins all in one place!!  Landon had found a video of the show Disney Jr. Live on Stage (that we were going to see live during our trip) and he and Ashlyn watched the video often.  They were so excited for this day!

Right when we made it to the Disney Jr. section, we ran into Sofia's line!  Great way to start the day!  They were so excited- especially Ashlyn as Sofia is her fav!

Next up was Jake.  Landon wore his matching Jake bandana.  In the pic- Jake is pointing to his & Landon's matching headgear.

Next, the kids wanted to see Woody & Buzz.  We had met Buzz a few days ago at MK, but not Woody so they were excited.  There was a decent wait to meet them, but the waiting area is really cute so they played while we waited.

Next we had fast passed Toy Story Midway Mania.  It was a really cute moving/interactive/3D arcade game.  Ash was my partner and Landon & Jason rode together.

For lunch, Landon had picked to make reservations at Hollywood & Vine.  The character lunch had Sofia, Jake, Handy Manny and Doc.  It was super cute!  They sang, danced & entertained the kids the entire time.  (Ashlyn's choice was dinner at Cinderella's castle a few days prior)

Meeting Sofia again!  2nd time in one morning!  Lucky kiddos!!!!

Time to go after an awesome lunch!  First up- Tow Mater & Lightning McQueen

Next we met Wreck-it-Ralph and Venelope

We went in an interactive Disney studio and Landon was making characters.  They had some original drawings from Walt Disney and they had their sketches of the Frozen princesses.  So neat!

Next it was time to watch Disney Jr. Live on Stage

Casey was the hostess.  At one point during the show, she came out and sat by Landon & talked to him.  I was too slow and missed the photo op.  Landon was blushing big time!!

 Next we took the Hollywood Studios backlot tour.  Ashlyn slept through the whole thing.  It was so neat to see behind the scenes action.

Ash kept sleeping so I took her to a shaded area and Landon and Jason played in the "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" movie set.  They loved it & had a great time!

 Finally Ashlyn woke up and we ate dinner at Pizza Planet from Toy Story.  The kids loved the arcade action!

We had spent alllllll day at Hollywood Studios, but the nighttime spectacular Fantasmic didn't start until 8:30 pm so we hung out a bit more then headed over to the huge arena.  The show was awesome!  We are so glad we stayed through it all.  Looooong day, but so much fun & so many memories!!
